This offers extended security, in that it can be fitted
to the hitch whilst the trailer/caravan is coupled to the
towing vehicle or to most ball type security posts.
We do not advise towing whilst the hitch lock is fitted.
Additional protection is provided for the
hitch handle, fixing bolts and ball cavity by the presence
of a lower plate.
The lifting handle helps to make the Crusader well balanced
and easy to fit.
Particularly aimed at fitting the latest Al-ko hitch types,
the Crusader is currently available in two variations to
suit the corresponding hitch types given:
Model 1
Al-ko – AKS 2004 with integral stabilisers
AKS 3004 with integral stabilisers
AKS 160
AKS 10/2
Model 2
• Knott – As used on trailers including Ifor Williams
light trailers.
COMING SHORTLY Crusader versions to fit:
• Knott/Avonride – As used on Ifor Williams trailers
with integral braking.
