Hitch Locks
Keep-It’s philosophy is to use their knowledge and experience to produce a range of hitch locks that meet everyone’s criteria, in terms of achieving a balance between cost and level of security.
As part of this philosophy, Keep-It look to design and manufacture products, here in Great Britain, that whilst extremely robust are lightweight and easy to use.
Their success with this formula has resulted in Keep-It products having been dubbed by the media as a, “tough Nut to Crack”.

To discourage would be thieves Keep-it aim for high visibility, via a bright yellow finish, so that the potential culprits know straight away which make of hitch lock they are looking to contend with and so are discouraged from further progression, possibly opting to tackle an alternative weaker product offered by someone else.
At the same time a stylish presentation is sought so that the product compliments modern caravan styles.
For those potential thieves intent on progression then Keep-It employ the technology of their parent company, George Dyke, renowned forge masters, to produce forged parts that are case hardened and therefore virtually impossible to cut.

The easiest hitch lock to fit, yet also one of the strongest!

In many cases they can be fitted when the towed vehicle is connected to the towing vehicle (we do not advise driving with the lock fitted).

Finally the other potentially vulnerable part of the unit, the locking mechanism itself, is sourced locally as Keep-it are located in Willenhall, the home of the world’s lock industry and as such, offers Keep-It access to the most appropriate locks to suit the hitch lock’s role.
