These instructions are given to enable you
to use our quality product safely and effectively. The correct
fitting could be crucial in ensuring the wheel clamp provides
maximum security.
General
The wheel clamp comprises two main elements :-
The main arm which is locked into the centre plate /swing
arm assembly accommodating different wheel diameters by
providing a series of holes in the main arm for the lock
plunger to locate. The unique design allows locking without
the key
The centre plate and swing arm assembly which allows the
clamp to be fitted to caravans and trailers with a variety
of mudguard and body style fittings.
Fitting sequence ( For right
handed )
Rotate the key anti clockwise
in the lock to release the key plunger ( The lock assembly
will rise out of the lock housing). Remove the key from
the lock and place in a safe place . Separate the two
parts of the clamp. You will not need the key to lock
the clamp. See picture 1 |

Close the two swing arms together and
lay to left side of the wheel and the main arm to the
right of the wheel. as shown in picture 2 |

Slide the swing arms under the wheel
and pull the assembly to the right to engage the arm
extensions round the back of the tyre. see picture 3

Kneeling on your right knee place your
left foot on the lower of the two swing arms and your
right hand holding the lock housing, with your left
hand raise the upper arm round the tyre to spread the
two arms to the maximum. see picture 4 |

Holding this assembly in place with your
left hand on the lock housing pick up the main arm,
slide to the left engaging the arm extension round the
back of the tyre and locating the free end of the main
arm in the lock housing, then sliding same as far as
possible to the left . See picture 5 |

Holding the top swing arm in your left
hand and the main arm in your right hand rotate the
assembly round the wheel until the end of the main arm
is near or touching the ground. Ensure all three arm
extensions are a close fit to the tyre, and the main
arm is fully engaged into the lock housing . |

At this stage the main arm may have to
be slid out of the lock housing to the next nearest
hole for the lock to locate. |

With your right hand put pressure onto
the lock until the plunger locates in the hole in the
main arm. |

|
When you are satisfied that this is the
tightest fit obtainable on your particular wheel we
advise you to stick the Union Jack sticker provided
on the main arm to the right of the lock housing. This
will provide an instant marker for future use and make
the fitting even faster and easier.

Removal
Insert the key in the lock and turn it to the right
until the lock releases. You may have to move the main
arm to release the lock plunger. Then reverse the fitting
instructions. |
